  • My washer went out in November 2016... I googled what could cause my washer to stop agitating and replaced two parts needlessly. I resigned myself to the laundry mat once weekly but decided last night to either have my machine service or replaced...with replaced being my true choice. I read about Mitchell's online this morning and then headed to a local appliance store. Not impressed with the prices, we went to Mitchell's where we were first met by a representative who asked us what we were looking for and then quickly showed us what was available. She also inquired about our current washer and advised a technician would be available today to have a look. Long story short, we walked into Mitchell's at 9:06am today and at 10:25am this morning they were leaving my home having repaired my machine by replacing a pump, cleaning the pathways to and from the pump and explaining to me, with visuals, where my washer had previously failed so I don't make the same mistake again. Everyone I encountered from the store to my home was engaging, informative and efficient.
